In Vienna apartment buildings a wallbox depends on the house connection, the consumer unit and the consent of the owners' association. The wallbox check looks at exactly that, and gives you a written quote with a fixed price.

Fixed prices for the work described, including 20 % VAT. If the situation on site turns out to be different, we say so before we start. The call-out is charged once per visit, anywhere in Vienna. Where a range is shown, the grey line says what moves it, and we name the fixed price after we have looked at the job.

The route through Wiener Netze
Four steps, in this order. Two of them we do for you, one is for the Hausverwaltung.
Wallbox check on site. We look at the house connection, the consumer unit and the cable route and say what power is possible. You get a written quote with a fixed price, credited if you go ahead.
Notification to the owners' association. We supply the technical description for your Hausverwaltung. The legal side stays with the Hausverwaltung or a solicitor, and we supply the documents for it.
Registration with Wiener Netze. We register the charging point as a registered electrical business before we install it. That is included in the price.
Installation and commissioning. Cabling, protection with the right RCD, mounting the wallbox of your choice, commissioning it with you and handing over the documentation.
Common questions
As a flat owner, do I need the consent of the others?
As a rule a charging point at your own parking space is an alteration that has to be notified to the other owners. We supply the technical description for your Hausverwaltung, while the legal side is for the Hausverwaltung or your solicitor.
Does the wallbox have to be registered?
Yes, charging points have to be registered with the network operator Wiener Netze. We do that for you as a registered electrical business, and it is included in the price.
Which wallbox do you recommend?
That depends on your car, on the connection, and on whether you want to supply several parking spaces. We fit all the common brands and advise neutrally at the check.
What does the installation cost?
For an 11 kW wallbox with a cable run up to 10 metres, 990 to 1.490 €, excluding the unit. After the wallbox check you get the fixed price in writing.
