Do you work under framework agreements?
Yes. For regular work we agree prices, response times and invoicing in writing. For one-off jobs our published price list applies.
How quickly do you respond to faults?
During business hours we usually get back to you within an hour, otherwise by 9 a.m. on the next working day. Attendance the same or the next working day depending on urgency. Emergency service Monday to Sunday 7 to 22, outside those hours subject to availability, base price from 149 € per time band.
Can you arrange appointments with the tenants directly?
Yes, that is standard with us. You get the appointment confirmation, and photos and the invoice after the job.
Do you issue inspection reports that are accepted for letting and selling?
Yes. Our E-Befund contains the visual inspection, the measured values, a defect list by priority and our company data with the trade licence.
