The awkward questions

What happens if it takes longer, if we do not find the fault, if you cancel after the site visit.

What happens if it takes longer than planned?

With a fixed price, nothing. It holds for the work described, even if we take longer. On the hourly rate we charge 118 € per hour, per started 15 minutes after the first half hour, and we say beforehand what you can expect. If something on site turns out different from what we agreed, we say so before carrying on, and you decide.

Do I pay if you do not find the fault?

Yes, the call-out and the time spent fault finding are work. On an emergency call the fault finding is inside the base price, from 149 €, otherwise the hourly rate applies. You get in writing what we checked and ruled out, so the next step does not start from zero.

Is the site visit really free?

If you go ahead, yes. If you do not, we charge the call-out, 69 €, and nothing more. The written quote itself costs nothing, and you can compare it at your leisure.

Does the fixed price hold if it goes faster?

Yes, both ways. Someone whose socket takes twenty minutes pays the same as someone whose socket takes an hour. The price is for the work, not for the time.

Your job is not on the list?

Send us a short note about it. We name the price up front or come and look. During business hours we usually get back to you within an hour, otherwise by 9 a.m. on the next working day.
