Confirm the price. Standard jobs go at the price list on this website. Everything else we come and look at, and give you a written fixed price before we start.
Done and documented. We do the work, test the installation, and you get the invoice and, where needed, the test report as a PDF. Pay by card, bank transfer or cash.

For standard jobs in flats the fixed prices on this website apply, including 20 % VAT: replace a socket 69 €, mount a lamp 69 €, install an RCD 189 €, E-Befund from 249 €. The call-out is added once per visit, 69 € anywhere in Vienna. Anything not on the list we come and look at, and name a written fixed price beforehand.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Ordinary appointments are usually within 48 hours. During business hours we normally come back to you within an hour, otherwise by 9 the next working day. For faults the emergency service is out across Vienna from Monday to Sunday, 7 to 22, and usually with you within 60 to 90 minutes.
Are there hidden costs such as travel time or small materials?
No. The call-out is 69 € anywhere in Vienna, once per visit, and it covers the travel time. Small materials up to 10 € are included. Larger material we name beforehand and show separately on the invoice.
Do you work for tenants as well?
Yes. As a tenant you can instruct us directly for sockets, switches, lights and appliances inside the flat. For work on the fixed installation, at the fuse box for example, we sort out with you whether the Hausverwaltung or the landlord has to consent or to pay.
How can I pay?
By debit card, credit card, bank transfer or cash. You always get an invoice with the VAT shown, addressed to the Hausverwaltung if you want.
